Hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "WorldSMEHub".
Hereinafter referred to as "Member".
These Terms govern the Member's registration on the WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD platform, access to and use of the platform's services, the rights and obligations of both parties, and all related matters.
WorldSMEHub is a digital B2B (business-to-business) trade platform enabling SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) to make joint purchases, establish commercial relationships, buy and sell products and services, access suppliers, and benefit from various business development tools.

| Cluster | A group of Members forming a joint purchasing arrangement. |
| Escrow System | Secure payment infrastructure for commercial transactions. |
| Content | Photos, text, documents and other materials uploaded by Members to the Platform. |
| Personal Data | Information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. |
| SME | Small and Medium-sized Enterprise. |
To register on the Platform you must:
All registration applications are reviewed by the Platform. WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD reserves the right to reject or defer any application without giving reasons. Members are notified upon approval and granted access to platform services.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. In the event of unauthorised access, Members must notify the Platform immediately. Any loss arising from sharing credentials with third parties is the Member's responsibility.
The Platform may offer membership plans with different features. Plan details are published on the Platform website. WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD reserves the right to modify, update or introduce new plans.
The Platform may temporarily restrict services for technical maintenance, updates or force majeure events. Members will be notified in advance where possible.
Members agree not to engage in the following activities:
If prohibited activities are detected, the Member's account will be suspended or deleted and legal action may be taken for damages.
8.1 Basic Membership: Registration and access to basic features is free of charge.
8.2 Premium Services: Premium features such as promoted listings, advertising and advanced analytics may be subject to fees, which will be clearly stated on the Platform.
8.3 Commission: The Platform may charge a commission on sales made by Supplier Members at the rate specified in the applicable fee schedule.
8.4 Price Changes: Fee and commission rates may be changed with 30 days' prior notice.
8.5 Payment Security: Payments under the escrow system are processed through the Platform's designated secure payment infrastructure.
9.1 All platform content (logo, design, software code, database, text, etc.) is owned by WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 By uploading content to the Platform, Members grant WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, process, copy and distribute that content for platform operation purposes.
9.3 Members warrant that content they upload does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Members' personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation. Please refer to our GDPR Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy for full details.
11.1 WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD acts solely as an intermediary technology platform and is not a party to transactions between Members.
11.2 WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD is not liable for damages caused by Members to each other, the validity of transactions, or undelivered goods or services.
11.3 WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, etc.).
11.4 WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD does not accept legal liability for content uploaded by Members to the Platform.
12.1 By Member: Members may close their account and terminate these Terms at any time by contacting info@worldsmehub.com.
12.2 By Platform: WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD may suspend or delete a Member's account with prior notice, or immediately in urgent cases, for breach of these Terms, prohibited activities, prolonged inactivity or conduct contrary to public order.
12.3 Effect of Termination: All obligations accrued prior to the date of termination remain valid and enforceable.
The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms amicably through negotiation in the first instance. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
14.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and GDPR Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
14.2 Amendments: WORLDSMEHUB AI SOLUTIONS LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified to Members in advance. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
14.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.4 Entry into Force: These Terms take effect on the date the Member completes registration on the Platform.
